The objective of the project is the creation of a public-private laboratory to carry out R&D activities in the agro-industrial field, particularly in favor of SMEs to facilitate their access to large-scale distribution and international markets, through: support for product innovation and process; product qualification and certification of production; environmental sustainability of production.
